Here we are again with a summer recipe: a crumble, peach version and low glycemic index!
Ingredients
- 8 Peach mumps in syrup
For the crumble
- 35 gr of coconut flour
- 30 gr of hazelnut powder
- 85 gr of almonds
- 30 g butter
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Cut the peach mumps into larger or smaller pieces, depending or what you prefer.
- Coarsely crush the almonds.
- Mix all the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl and work them into a sandy paste with your hands.
- Cover the fruits with this crumble paste.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
